This series of videos was recorded at a seminar for graphic designers early 2011. The quality is pretty good considering it was recorded with a cell phone. The video equipment failed.

These videos cover the main points of on-page and off-page optimization. This was before Panda but there's not a lot in there about multiple links anyway so Panda is irrelevent to the content, but the content is there. They range from 4 to 6 minutes each.
